Carrot and Potato Sauce
Ingredients
2 Potatoes
1 Carrot
4 tablespoons of Yeast
1 tablespoon of Sunflower oil
1 teaspoon of Powdered garlic
1 teaspoon of Powdered turmeric
1 teaspoon of Black pepper
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : Peel the potatoes and carrot and cut them into large pieces.
Step 2 : Then, boil until soft and let cool for a few minutes.
Step 3 : Add all ingredients to the blender and blend very well until obtaining a smooth, creamy mixture.
Step 4 : Finally, store in a closed container in the refrigerator.
Step 5 : This preparation keeps in the fridge for about 5 days, although it may lose some of its texture and flavor.
