Cassava and Nettle Croquettes
Ingredients
½ kilogram of Cooked grated cassava
1 Onion
2 Cloves of garlic
50 grams of Nettle
1 pinch of Cumin
4 tablespoons of Sunflower oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Step 1 : To prepare the nettle croquettes, it is important to start by placing the nettle leaves in a colander and rinsing them under running water to clean them and deactivate the stinging hairs.
Step 2 : Then, chop the nettle into small pieces.
Step 3 : Finely chop the onion and garlic to then sauté them in oil over low heat.
Step 4 : Add the nettle and the seasonings, and mix this preparation with the grated cassava.
Step 5 : Knead the mixture well and shape into croquettes.
Step 6 : Then, pass them through breadcrumbs.
