Ingredients

1/4 kilo dried old meat

1 tablespoon cow fat

2 onions

6 eggs

2 slices of aged cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1 : Place the dried meat in a pot with water and boil until very tender.

Step 2 : Then, shred the meat in a mortar.

Step 3 : In another pot, sauté the onion in cow fat and add the shredded meat, cooking until the juice reduces.

Step 4 : Add the beaten eggs and mix everything, cooking for about 3 minutes.

Step 5 : Finally, incorporate the shredded cheese, stir well, and serve hot along with boiled cassava.
