Ingredients

1 kilogram of Cassava starch

300 grams of Beef fat

6 Eggs

500 grams of Paraguayan cheese

Cow's milk

1 pinch of Salt

1 teaspoon of Grain anise

Step 2 : Then, add the eggs one at a time and mix well.

Step 3 : Next, incorporate the crumbled cheese, salt, and anise, beating the mixture until homogeneous.

Step 4 : Then, sift the cassava starch and add it to the mixture, along with enough milk to achieve a dough with the right consistency and firmness.

Step 5 : Knead the mixture until smooth, then place it on an elongated, hollowed wooden stick.

Step 6 : Cook the dough over hot coals until it turns a golden brown on all sides.
