Chipa Guasu
Ingredients
2 Onions
1 cup of Water
½ tablespoon of Coarse salt
½ cup of Pork fat
3 Eggs
200 grams of Fresh cheese
1 cup of Milk
18 Corn cobs
Preparation
Step 1 : In a covered saucepan, boil the onions with water and salt for 10 minutes.
Step 2 : Then let it cool.
Step 3 : Beat the fat until it becomes white and frothy, then add the eggs one by one and the crumbled cheese, beating continuously.
Step 4 : Next, add the onions, their water, grated or processed corn, and milk.
Step 5 : Mix everything very well and place the mixture in a previously greased and floured dish.
Step 6 : Bake in a slightly hot oven (200°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
