Chipa Guazú
Ingredients

8 Fresh corn cobs or corn
4 Eggs
250 grams of Cheese
2 Finely chopped onions
250 milliliters of Milk
1 tablespoon of Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by preheating the oven to 180°C.
Step 2 : Next, remove the kernels from the corn cobs and process the grains in a blender with a little milk until achieving a slightly thick consistency.
Step 3 : Sauté the onions in a pan with a bit of oil.
Step 4 : In a bowl, gradually mix the processed corn with the sautéed onions and eggs.
Step 5 : You can add a little more milk to soften the mixture.
Step 6 : Then, incorporate the crumbled cheese, salt, and pepper, ensuring all ingredients are combined evenly.
Step 7 : Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
