Ingredients

½ kilogram of Cornmeal

250 grams of Paraguayan cheese

4 Onions

5 Eggs

½ liter of Milk

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, first chop the onions into julienne strips.

Step 2 : Next, put butter in a skillet and cook the onions with a little salt.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl and add the milk, salt, and cornmeal, whisking until all ingredients are integrated.

Step 4 : Add the cooked onions to the mixture, along with the pieces of cheese.

Step 5 : Then, butter a baking dish and pour the mixture into it.

Step 6 : Bake in the oven at medium heat for about half an hour, or until golden.
