Ingredients

1 kilogram of Cassava starch

700 grams of Paraguayan cheese

250 grams of Corn flour

100 grams of Lard

1 cup of Milk

Anise

1 cup of Water

1 Egg

1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, first mix the milk with the water.

Step 2 : Then, mix the starch with the flour and salt, forming a crown where the egg, melted lard, and half of the milk and water mixture will be placed in the center.

Step 3 : Next, knead until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 4 : Once integrated, add the remaining liquid and continue kneading until reaching a more dough-like consistency.

Step 5 : Subsequently, add the cheese to the dough and knead for an additional amount of time.

Step 6 : In a hot pan with lard, cook the dough on both sides until ready to serve.
