Ingredients

1 kilogram of Ground meat

3 Chopped garlic cloves

3 Eggs

1 ½ cup of Beef broth

50 grams of Butter

2 tablespoons of Wheat flour

Bread crumbs

Oil for frying

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the croquettes, start by mixing the meat with garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and two egg yolks in a bowl.

Step 2 : Set this mixture aside for later.

Step 3 : In a pan, melt the butter and add the flour and beef broth.

Step 4 : Cook for a few minutes until it starts to boil and the sauce thickens.

Step 5 : Add this sauce to the previously prepared meat mixture and mix very well.

Step 6 : Then, beat the remaining two egg whites with another egg and season with salt and pepper.

Step 7 : With this mixture, shape the croquettes, then dip them in beaten eggs and bread crumbs.
