1 Small cabbage

1 can of Peaches in syrup

150 grams of Bacon

150 grams of Gouda cheese

1 Egg

1 ½ cup of Olive oil

1 teaspoon of Vinegar

1 pinch of Salt

Lime juice

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The cabbage is cut into juliennes.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, the bacon is cut into pieces and cooked in a non-stick skillet until golden.

Step 3 : Then, it is removed and placed on absorbent paper to eliminate excess fat.

Step 4 : In a salad bowl, combine the cabbage, bacon, cheese, and cubed peaches.

Step 5 : To prepare the mayonnaise, blend at high speed in a blender the oil, egg, vinegar, salt, pepper, and lime juice.

Step 6 : Once ready, pour it over the salad and mix all the ingredients.

Step 7 : Finally, refrigerate the salad for an hour before serving.
