Ingredients

300 grams of Yellow cornmeal
500 milliliters of Milk
3 Finely chopped onions
300 grams of Fresh Paraguayan cheese
4 Eggs
2 tablespoons of Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Step 1 : In a skillet, add a little oil and sauté the onions until transparent.
Step 2 : Set aside.
Step 3 : In a bowl, mix the cornmeal, the previously sautéed onions, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4 : Gradually add the milk, mix well, and incorporate the crumbled fresh cheese.
Step 5 : In another container, beat the eggs until frothy and gently fold into the mixture of flour and other ingredients.
Step 6 : Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the surface of the cake is golden.
