Ingredients

500 grams of Wheat flour

500 grams of Cooked ground beef

1 Finely chopped onion

1 Diced green pepper

4 Minced garlic cloves

1 Chopped parsley

100 grams of Lard

2 Eggs

2 tablespoons of Milk

Pinch of cumin

Oil for frying

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious empanadas, start by sifting the flour and placing it in a bowl.

Step 2 : Make a well in the center and add the beaten eggs, salt, lard, and milk.

Step 3 : Knead all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth dough, then wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 4 : In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onion along with the garlic and green pepper.

Step 5 : Then add the ground beef, parsley, cumin, salt, and pepper, cooking for a few minutes.

Step 6 : Once ready, let it cool and mix with the chopped hard-boiled eggs.
