Ingredients

500 grams of Starch

100 grams of Butter

250 grams of Paraguayan cheese

200 grams of Mozzarella

200 grams of Ham

100 grams of Blue cheese

1 Four cheese flavoring cubes

100 milliliters of Milk

1 tablespoon of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, add Paraguayan cheese, butter, flavoring cubes, and a little milk.

Step 2 : Mix the ingredients and add salt and pepper.

Step 3 : Knead until a doughy texture is obtained.

Step 4 : Then incorporate the starch and a bit more milk to achieve a slightly sandy texture.

Step 5 : In a non-stick skillet, melt a little butter and spread a portion of the mbeju dough.

Step 6 : Wait a few minutes before adding mozzarella, ham, and blue cheese.

Step 7 : Place more dough of the mbeju on top and cook for at least 3 minutes before flipping and cooking for another 3 minutes.

Step 8 : Finally, remove the preparation from the skillet, cut into pieces, and it's ready to enjoy.
