Tapioca Flour Chipá
Ingredients

1 kilogram of Tapioca starch
250 grams of Fat
5 Eggs
½ kilogram of Paraguayan cheese
1 cup of Milk
1 pinch of Anise
1 tablespoon of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the chipá, start by beating the eggs in a bowl.
Step 2 : Then, add the fat to the eggs and continue beating until well integrated.
Step 3 : Next, add the salt and anise, and keep stirring the mixture.
Step 4 : Afterward, incorporate the tapioca starch and mix until forming a uniform dough.
Step 5 : Gradually add the milk until reaching the desired consistency.
Step 6 : Then, cut the Paraguayan cheese into pieces and add to the dough.
Step 7 : Knead the mixture until smooth, then form balls of the desired size.
Step 8 : Place these chipá balls on a greased baking sheet and bake at medium/high heat for approximately half an hour.
Step 9 : Once ready, remove from the oven and serve.
