Ingredients
2 liters of red wine
2 cups of water
4 cups of orange juice
Sugar to taste
Lemon juice to taste
4 oranges
10 bananas
3 pineapples
1 melon
Half a kilo of grapes
Ice to taste
Preparation
Step 1 : Begin by peeling the bananas and slicing them into rounds, then drizzle them with lemon juice.
Step 2 : Next, wash and peel the pineapples, oranges, and melons, then cut them into medium cubes.
Step 3 : All the fruits should be placed in a large container, along with the orange juice, water, and sugar, and left to macerate for some time.
Step 4 : Once the fruits have sufficiently macerated, add the bananas, peeled grapes, red wine, and ice, stirring gently to blend all ingredients well.
Step 5 : Finally, serve the fruit salad in a kambuchi (clay jar) to give it a special touch and enjoy this refreshing preparation.
