The Siriki Sanjuanino is a traditional Paraguayan drink from the San Juan Bautista Misiones area, made with subtle lemon.
Its name comes from the Guarani word 'Syryky', which means 'to take all at once'. Perfect to accompany chorizo or batiburrillo, it is only prepared in January due to the scarcity of subtle lemons.
