Ingredients
1 liter of Milk
100 grams of Sugar
100 grams of Grated coconut
Honey
Thermo and guampa
Preparation
Step 1 : To start, heat the milk without letting it boil.
Step 2 : In a pot, prepare a caramel with 4 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 3 : Once the caramel begins to turn a dark color, add the milk and cook without boiling.
Step 4 : If desired, add honey or a little more sugar.
Step 5 : Then, in a guampa, place the ground or grated coconut and pour in the milk preparation.
Step 6 : Allow it to steep for a few minutes.
Step 7 : Finally, serve and accompany with cookies or small cakes.
