Ingredients
6 tablespoons of Yerba mate
2 Lemon slices
Mint leaves
Water
Ice
1 Gourd with bombilla
Preparation
Step 1 : In a thermos, place ice and then add the lime slices and mint leaves.
Step 2 : Fill with cold water.
Step 3 : In a gourd, put the yerba mate and tilt it with your hand so that the yerba settles towards one of the ends.
Step 4 : Pour the cold water from the thermos into the gourd where the yerba is tilted, leaving a free space.
Step 5 : Let the yerba rest with the water so it absorbs the flavor well.
Step 6 : Then, insert a bombilla through the end where the water was added.
Step 7 : Enjoy the drink and add more water into the gourd to continue tasting.
