Beef Empanadas
Ingredients
500 grams of Wheat flour
1 Egg
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
2 tablespoons of Cow's milk
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 Onion
500 grams of Chopped beef
1 Green bell pepper
q pinch of Cumin
3 Garlic cloves
Parsley
2 Hard-boiled eggs
Vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare these delicious empanadas, first chop the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and parsley into small cubes.
Step 2 : Then, sauté them in oil until they are golden.
Step 3 : Next, add the chopped meat, salt, pepper, and cumin, and cook everything for 15 minutes.
Step 4 : At the end of cooking, add the chopped eggs and mix well.
Step 5 : Set this filling aside while preparing the dough.
Step 6 : To do this, mix the flour, egg, salt, oil, and milk, and knead until a uniform dough is obtained.
Step 7 : Once the dough is ready, roll it out and cut into disks.
Step 8 : Place a portion of filling on each disk, close in a half-moon shape, and seal with a fork.
Step 9 : Fry the empanadas in hot oil until they are golden and crunchy.
Step 10 : Serve them hot with sauce of your choice, and voila! Now you can enjoy some delicious homemade empanadas.
