Ingredients

400 grams of Chicken

400 grams of Rabbit

½ kilogram of Lean ground pork

2 Medium potatoes

1 teaspoon of Bell pepper

2 Egg yolks

2 Ripe tomatoes

2 Garlic cloves

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Saffron

Parsley

Flour

12 Pine nuts

Nutmeg

50 grams of Breadcrumbs soaked in milk

Beef broth

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by mixing the ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg yolks, pine nuts, parsley, and nutmeg in a bowl to form small meatballs about the size of an egg.

Step 2 : Once ready, coat them with flour and fry until golden, then set aside.

Step 3 : Next, peel and chop the potatoes.

Step 4 : In a clay pot, sauté the chopped tomato, then add the bell pepper and mix well.

Step 5 : When the tomato begins to darken, add the beef broth.

Step 6 : Add the saffron, chicken, and rabbit (previously salted and peppered), along with the meatballs.

Step 7 : Cook over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes.

Step 8 : Then add the potatoes, adjust salt if needed, and cook for another 20 minutes.

Step 9 : Finally, the recipe is ready to be served hot and enjoyed with family.
