Ingredients
2 kilograms of Pork meat
1 kilogram of Bacon
1 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Lemon juice
Sausage casing
Preparation
Step 1 : Finely chop the pork meat and bacon.
Step 2 : Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chopped garlic, then let it rest in the refrigerator.
Step 3 : Wash the casings, stuff them, and tie the ends.
Step 4 : Place the stuffed casings in a pot with water and salt, initially on high heat, then reduce to low.
Step 5 : Cook for half an hour, occasionally pricking to release excess fat.
Step 6 : Remove from water, let cool, and serve.
