Ingredients
2 kilograms of Corn flour
10 Eggs
½ kilogram of Cheese
250 grams of Lard
½ liter of Milk
1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : To prepare the delicious buns, start by making a sauté with chopped onion, garlic, and locoto.
Step 2 : Once ready, add the minced meat and cook until well done.
Step 3 : Then, remove from heat and let cool for a moment.
Step 4 : In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and incorporate the cheese, flour, and season with salt to taste.
Step 5 : Continue mixing until you get a homogeneous dough.
