Fish Pastelón
Ingredients
400 grams of Boiled and flaked tuna or mackerel
2 Onions
2 Bell peppers
2 Garlic cloves
2 Hard-boiled eggs
¼ cup of Olives
¼ cup of Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet, add a little oil and place it over the heat.
Step 2 : Then, add the chopped onions, bell peppers, and garlic, sautéing the vegetables.
Step 3 : Add salt and pepper to taste and remove from heat.
Step 4 : In a bowl, combine the vegetable sauté, chopped hard-boiled eggs, chopped olives, and fish.
Step 5 : Mix everything well and let it cool slightly.
Step 6 : On a greased baking dish, place sheets of puff pastry.
Step 7 : Spread the filling over these, then cover with more sheets of pastry.
Step 8 : Brush beaten egg over the puff pastry.
Step 9 : Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
