Grilled Croaker
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Croaker fish
2 Garlic cloves
50 grams of Butter
1 cup of Sweet orange juice
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : The croaker is cleaned and thoroughly washed.
Step 2 : In a tray, place the croaker and add orange juice, salt, and chopped garlic.
Step 3 : Let it rest for about half an hour.
Step 4 : Then, remove the fish and cover it with a little butter.
Step 5 : Next, place the fish on the grill to cook with the heat of the embers, which should be at a minimum temperature.
Step 6 : If necessary, brush the fish with the marinade sauce to prevent it from drying out.
