Ingredients

1 kilogram of Pork sausage

½ cup of Sour orange juice

¼ cup of Lime juice

2 Red onions

½ White onion

2 cups of Apple cider vinegar

1 cup of Chicken broth

1 Ripe avocado

500 grams of Tomato

½ Cilantro bunch

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To start, wash and disinfect all the vegetables.

Step 2 : Next, finely slice the red onion and let it soak in the vinegar with a pinch of salt.

Step 3 : Then, roast the tomatoes and white onion to prepare the tomato and chili sauce.

Step 4 : Once roasted, blend with cilantro and chicken broth.

Step 5 : Season the sauce with salt and pepper, and set aside.

Step 6 : Then, cut the sausage into portions of 10 to 12 cm and marinate in the mixture of sour orange juice and lime juice.

Step 7 : Grill over low heat, turning constantly until well cooked.

Step 8 : To serve, you can accompany with warm avocado and yuca.
