Step 4 : Gradually add the flour, continuing to mix, making sure the consistency remains semi-liquid.

Step 5 : Then, incorporate the chopped scallions into the mixture, followed by crumbled cheese, mixing well.

Step 6 : Next, heat a skillet with oil over medium-high heat.

Step 7 : Once the oil is hot, pour a small ladle of the mixture into the skillet and shape it into a tortilla.

Step 8 : Cook until it turns golden, then flip to brown the other side.
