Ingredients

1 kilogram of Ossobuco meat

1 Tomato

1 Onion

100 grams of Squash

1 Green bell pepper

250 grams of Rice

1 Potato

Oregano

Garlic

Parsley

Cumin

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with hot water, place the tomato, onion, salt to taste, and the meat, bringing to a boil for 40 to 50 minutes.

Step 2 : Subsequently, add the potato, squash, parsley, and oregano, allowing them to boil for an additional 15 minutes.

Step 3 : Then, add the noodles and cook for about 7 minutes, or 15 minutes if you prefer with rice.

Step 4 : Finally, you can squeeze some lemon before enjoying this delicious dish.
