Ingredients

1 kilogram of Liver steaks

3 Garlic cloves

2 Onions

½ cup of Milk

2 tablespoons of Red wine vinegar

1 pinch of Salt

Vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first cut the onion into slices and soak it in water with vinegar.

Step 2 : Next, clean the steaks and season them with salt, pepper, milk, and chopped garlic to marinate.

Step 3 : Then, fry the steaks for 2 minutes on each side and set aside.

Step 4 : In the same pan, sauté the onion until golden.

Step 5 : Once ready, serve a steak along with the sautéed onion and accompany with rice and mashed potatoes.
