250 grams of Minced pork
250 grams of Minced beef
2 Green onions
1 Garlic clove
150 grams of Breadcrumbs
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the meatballs, place the pork and beef in a bowl along with the chopped green onions, minced garlic, and breadcrumbs.
