1 Garlic clove

1 Large onion

2 Tomatoes

250 milliliters of Tomato purée

2 Bell peppers, green and red

1 Carrot

1 Pair of bay leaves

1 pinch of Salt

Oil

1 liter of Beef broth

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, sear or brown the meat with oil and garlic.

Step 2 : Add salt and let it sweat.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, dice the vegetables.

Step 4 : Add the chopped vegetables to the pot along with the bay leaf and cook for a few minutes.

Step 5 : Then, add the tomato paste and cook until a sauce forms.

Step 6 : Pour in the hot broth (water or beef broth) and cook until the meat is tender, about 30 minutes.

Step 7 : Next, add the noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 8 : Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Step 9 : It is common to serve with grated cheese.
