Ingredients

2 kilograms of beef rib roast (short ribs)

6 cloves of garlic, chopped

2 onions, diced

1 grated carrot

1 glass of white wine

5 tablespoons of soy sauce

6 bay leaves

Salt to taste

Juice of 2 lemons

Water as needed

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, the first step is to cut the roast into pieces.

Step 2 : Then, in a hot pot with oil, brown the pieces of beef on both sides.

Step 3 : Next, add garlic, onion, and carrot, and cook until the onion and carrot soften.

Step 4 : Once the vegetables are sautéed, add the white wine and soy sauce.

Step 5 : Add water, bay leaves, and salt, and cook over low heat for 45 minutes to let the meat cook slowly and absorb all the flavors.

Step 6 : At the end of cooking, squeeze some lemon juice and let the sauce reduce until it reaches the desired consistency.
