100 Cornstarch

240 grams of Wheat flour

1 Egg

½ kilogram of Needle

2 Large tomatoes

1 Medium onion

1 Medium red bell pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the gnocchi, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Step 2 : Then, place them in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.

Step 3 : Once ready, remove from the microwave and mash with a fork, avoiding adding oil or milk.

Step 4 : Allow the resulting purée to cool in the refrigerator to facilitate the gnocchi preparation, preventing the dough from becoming sticky.

Step 5 : After cooling, add softened butter and an egg, mixing well.

Step 6 : Then, gradually incorporate the sifted cornstarch with the flour, kneading until obtaining a homogeneous dough.

Step 7 : Using your hands, form dough cylinders and cut the gnocchi, using your thumb as a measure to ensure all are of the same size.

Step 8 : In a pot with approximately 3 liters of boiling water, cook the gnocchi until they float to the surface.

Step 10 : To prepare the sauce, dice the onion into small squares and fry in a pan with a little oil.

Step 11 : Add the meat cut into medium pieces and brown.

Step 12 : Then, add the bell pepper and tomato, cut into small pieces, cooking until the bell pepper is well cooked.
