Ingredients
½ kilogram of Pumpkin
½ cup of Corn flour
1 ½ cup of Water
2 tablespoons of Sugar
1 tablespoon of Salt
3 tablespoons of Butter
150 grams of Paraguayan cheese
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, the pumpkin must be washed and peeled, and the seeds removed.
Step 2 : Then, in a pot with water, salt, and sugar, cook the pumpkin until tender.
Step 3 : Once ready, mash the pumpkin and reserve the cooking water.
Step 4 : Next, add the mashed pumpkin to the reserved water and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5 : Then, add the flour and butter, mixing well all ingredients.
Step 6 : Afterwards, incorporate the cheese, mix everything, and remove from heat.
Step 7 : Finally, the dish is ready to be served and enjoyed.
