Ingredients

2 Bunches of Swiss Chard

2 Garlic cloves

1 Onion

2 Eggs

Grated cheese

100 grams of Ham

Oil

260 grams of Flour 00

130 grams of Cold lard

1 Egg yolk

6 tablespoons of Ice-cold water

3 grams of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, first combine the flour, lard, egg yolk, water, and salt to form the dough.

Step 2 : Then, refrigerate the dough for at least one hour.

Step 3 : While the dough rests, blanch the Swiss chard, chop it finely, and mix with onion, garlic, ham, cheese, and seasonings.

Step 4 : Once the dough is ready, roll it out on a floured surface.

Step 5 : Next, place the prepared filling in the center of the rolled-out dough and cover with another layer of dough.

Step 6 : Finally, bake the filled pie at 170°C for about 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
