Ingredients

250 grams of Locro

250 grams of Dry bean

1 kilogram of Meat

2 tablespoons of Oil

2 Onions

2 Scallions

1 Parsley

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : It is recommended to soak the locro and beans separately the night before.

Step 2 : Then, boil both ingredients together until they are tender, approximately for 2 hours.

Step 3 : It is suggested to add the onion, chopped meat, chopped scallions, oil, and season to taste a little before they are ready.

Step 4 : Continue boiling for an additional hour.

Step 5 : Finally, let it rest before serving.
