Ingredients

1 chicken

1 kilogram of white or yellow corn flour

2 garlic cloves

1 sprig of parsley

1 stalk of celery

300 grams of reddish cheese

1 onion

Vegetable oil to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

Cumin and oregano to taste

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet with hot oil, sauté the chopped onion, garlic, celery, and parsley.

Step 2 : Then, add the small pieces of chicken and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and cumin.

Step 3 : In a separate container, dissolve the corn flour in cold water until it forms a thick mixture.

Step 4 : Add this mixture to the skillet with the chicken, gradually adding hot water while stirring constantly.

Step 5 : Cook the mixture until it has a smooth texture and the taste of the flour disappears.

Step 6 : Subsequently, incorporate the cheese and let it melt.

Step 7 : Finally, serve the dish hot.
