Ingredients
600 grams of Wheat flour
1 tablespoon of Salt
250 milliliters of Water
25 grams of Margarine
Preparation
Step 1 : In a bowl, combine the flour and salt, mixing everything well.
Step 2 : Then, gradually add the water while mixing vigorously until a homogeneous dough is formed.
Step 3 : Heat the margarine or oil in a skillet.
Step 4 : Next, place the dough in the skillet forming a single block and let it brown.
Step 5 : Turn the dough to brown the other side, then break it into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
Step 6 : Cook the pieces over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden.
