Ingredients

½ kilogram of Pre-cooked tripe

1 cup of Peas

2 Chopped onions

2 Crushed garlic cloves

2 Carrot slices

3 Potato cubes

Broth

1 cup of Frozen green beans

1 cup of Tomato purée

Salt, pepper, bay leaf, thyme
