Ingredients
2 kilograms of Pork flank
8 Garlic cloves
Ground chili
½ Onion
Sour orange juice
1 pinch of Salt
Water
Preparation
Step 1 : To make this delicious recipe, start by cutting the pork flank into strips 5 cm wide, then braid them and tie the ends with string.
Step 2 : Next, cook the braid in salted water with pepper until it turns white and the water has evaporated.
Step 3 : Once cooked, add garlic, ground chili, onion, orange or lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4 : Then, place the braid on the grill and cook until golden.
Step 5 : Finally, serve hot, accompanied by boiled or fried cassava and salad.
