Ingredients

1 kilogram of Flour

10 grams of Salt

50 grams of Fresh yeast

20 grams of Sugar

120 milliliters of Water

7 Egg yolks

125 grams of Butter

350 milliliters of Milk

Preparation

Step 1 : Dissolve the yeast in the water and add the sugar.

Step 2 : In another bowl, combine the egg yolks, melted butter, and milk.

Step 3 : Mix both preparations well.

Step 4 : Sift the flour with the salt and add it to the liquid mixture.

Step 5 : Mix until you get a homogeneous dough.

Step 6 : Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Step 7 : Divide into small balls and place on an oiled baking sheet.

Step 8 : Cover the sheet and let rest for 40 minutes or until the balls have grown.

Step 9 : Then, fry in hot oil over medium heat until cooked and golden.

Step 10 : Remove from the oil and place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.

Step 11 : The fried balls are ready to be served and enjoyed.
