Step 3 : Then, gently fold in the sifted flour and lemon zest, mixing carefully to maintain the desired consistency.
Step 4 : Pour the mixture into a greased and floured, deep 26-centimeter diameter mold.
Step 5 : Finally, bake at 150°C for approximately 30 minutes until it's ready.
