Ingredients
½ liter of Cane honey
500 grams of Toasted peanuts
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot over heat, the honey should boil until it reaches the hard ball stage, that is, until the bottom of the pot can be seen.
Step 2 : Then, remove the pot from heat and add the toasted peanuts, stirring until the honey lightens slightly.
Step 3 : Pour the mixture onto a previously greased tray and, with the help of a spatula or knife, shape it into a rectangular form.
Step 4 : Allow it to cool in a cool, dry place.
Step 5 : If you want to cut it into rectangles, it is recommended to mark it with a knife while it is still hot.
Step 6 : It is important to exercise caution when handling the mixture during cooking.
