Ingredients

500 milliliters of Cane honey or molasses

500 grams of Roasted peanuts in grains

Preparation

Step 1 : In a saucepan, place the honey and bring to a medium heat until it boils.

Step 2 : Wait for the honey to start to thicken slightly.

Step 3 : Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the peanuts, stirring until the honey acquires a lighter and more translucent tone.

Step 4 : Pour the mixture onto a greased tray and spread with a damp spatula.

Step 5 : Let it cool until it hardens.
