Ingredients

1.5 kilograms of sweet potatoes

1 kilogram of sugar

1.5 tablespoons of glucose syrup

1 tablespoon of agar-agar

1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

Water as needed

Preparation

Step 1 : Cook the sweet potatoes in a pot with water until tender.

Step 2 : Then, peel and mash the sweet potatoes, add sugar and glucose syrup, and cook over low heat.

Step 3 : Dissolve the agar-agar, add it to the mixture, and cook until reaching 105°C.

Step 4 : Next, add the vanilla essence, pour the mixture into a mold, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 5 : Finally, cut into portions and serve alongside cheese or bread.
