Ingredients

100 grams of Pork fat

300 grams of Fresh cheese

2 Eggs

2 Yolks

500 grams of Starch

2 teaspoons of Salt

Milk with little whey

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, start by beating the fat and crumbled cheese until you get a creamy mixture.

Step 2 : Next, separate the yolks from the whites and beat the whites until stiff peaks form, then add the yolks one by one.

Step 3 : Incorporate this mixture into the fat and cheese.

Step 4 : Then, mix the starch, salt, and enough milk with little whey to form a tender dough.

Step 5 : Knead the dough very well and then shape into medium or small chipas.

Step 6 : To cook the chipas, bake at a very hot temperature of 250 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes if medium-sized, and at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes if small.
