The Chororqui, also known as mandi'o chyryry in Guarani, is a dish similar to scrambled gramajo. Cooked yucca, onion, egg, Paraguayan cheese, and green onion come together to create this delicious preparation. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy.
In preparing the Chororqui, the smooth texture of the yucca combines with the sweetness of the onion and the creaminess of scrambled eggs.
The pieces of Paraguayan cheese add a unique flavor touch, while the green onion brings freshness to the dish.
Finally, chopped cilantro is the finishing touch that highlights the flavors of this traditional recipe.
A delight to share with family.
