Cow's Foot Broth
Ingredients
2 Chopped cow's feet
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
100 grams of Rice
150 grams of Paraguayan cheese
Chopped parsley
Oregano
1 liter of Water
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pressure cooker, place the chopped cow's feet and water, cooking them for approximately one hour until tender.
Step 2 : Once the cow's feet are tender, transfer them along with the broth to a saucepan, removing some of the fat that forms on the surface.
Step 3 : As it begins to boil again, add the chopped onions and tomatoes to the saucepan.
Step 4 : Subsequently, add the rice, chopped parsley, oregano, and salt.
Step 5 : Cook for 30 minutes, and before removing from heat, you can add a bit of fresh cheese.
Step 6 : Finally, serve the soup hot.
