Ingredients

6 surubí fillets

Butter (to grease the baking dish)

1 ½ potatoes

4 onions

4 peppers

2 large tomatoes

2 bunches of green onions

200 g of Paraguayan cheese

200 g of cream

2 tablespoons of mustard

Salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by preparing all ingredients: cut the vegetables into thick slices and chop the green onions.

Step 2 : Next, grease a baking dish with butter and arrange the potato slices to cover the entire base.

Step 3 : Then, place the fish fillets on top of the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4 : Add the peppers, onions, and tomatoes, ending with the chopped green onions.

Step 5 : Preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F) and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 6 : Then, add the cream, mustard, cumin, and a pinch of salt.
