Ingredients

2 Confit garlic heads

1 Onion

100 milliliters of White wine

50 grams of Cheese

600 milliliters of Broth

1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, place a bit of olive oil and bring to the heat.

Step 2 : Add the onions with a pinch of salt and sauté until transparent.

Step 3 : Then add the confit garlic, mixing well.

Step 4 : Next, add the white wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate.

Step 5 : Incorporate the broth and season with a touch of salt and pepper, letting it cook for about 10 minutes.
