Ingredients

250 grams of Chicken breast

1 ½ liter of Chicken broth

1 Carrot

3 Angel hair noodles

3 Potatoes

1 Bay leaf

1 Green onion stalk

½ Onion

100 grams of Paraguayan cheese

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized pieces.

Step 2 : Then, heat a pot with a splash of oil and brown the chicken pieces along with the onion.

Step 3 : Add the chicken broth and bay leaf to the pot, and cook everything for 5 minutes.

Step 4 : Next, add the potatoes and carrots cut into medium cubes, add salt to taste, and let cook for 10 minutes.

Step 5 : Add the angel hair noodles and cook until they soften.

Step 6 : Finally, add the finely chopped green onion and the crumbled cheese.

Step 7 : Serve the homemade chicken broth hot and enjoy its comforting flavor.
